Register to attend a Promise meeting in your local area by filling out our simple online form or by texting PROMISE to 56333.
A Promise Campaign Coordinator will then contact you to help set up your meeting.
All you have to do is tell your story about living with diabetes and ask the legislator to 'promise to remember you' when making decisions about diabetes. Have someone from your group take a photograph of the meeting attendees with your legislator.
